« Property was gorgeous. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The sargassum was an issue but this not the fault of the host or the home. It was an historically bad year for the seaweed. We still had a great time. Samuel was a wonderful chef and every meal was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Highly recommend Casa Tortuga for families and friends. We all want to return during the off-season! »

« We could not speak more highly of the property, staff and owners. The house was beautiful and very clean! Eric and Paula made our stay!! If you don't have them cook for you, you are missing out! They are wonderful people too! They made sure we had anything we wanted and more while we were in Tulum. « Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this...
