"The property was on the beach in a perfect location. My room was in great condition. Staff did an excellent job of preparing the room. The property was well maintained. had great food and drinks. I want to give mention to couple of staff Edith, at the front desk and David, in the restaurant. They were very helpful and professional Love the location and would definitely stay there if I come back to Tulum."

"I am so happy with the hotel and everyone there. I want to mention Elizabeth Bustamante, Erika and Doris (massage), Abdiel (Elixir). To Santos, Gilberto and Andre’s the chef (Kin Toh). To Isaias from Italik, truly amazing server. To the wine expert Carlos and the tour guide Sabino. To the Temazcal expert Victor. The atmosphere was amazing and very pleasant. The meal delicious. I recommend it. I feel very recharged. "

"I really like the location of this property, if you are likely visiting Playa, or Bacalar etc this location has better access to the highway compare with Tulum Hotel area. Having a private pool also a big plus. Overalls great facility. Just mind that its a bit of a isolated area and you will likely need a way to move to either Tulum center or Hotel area (Bike, ATV) rental available on site. Furthermore checking and checkout are completely smooth which is highly appreciated."
