"I stayed here for 7 days on my solo trip to Tulum. I felt completely safe the entire stay! I do not have enough great things to say about the staff. Everyone was so so helpful and attentive. Transportation to and from the hotel was super easy. The hotel would call a taxi for me upon request at any time. They also had scooters and bikes available to rent. The breakfast every morning was wonderful. My room was super clean and comfortable. I had fresh cold water bottles left from the cleaning staff daily. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! It’s also within walking distance to downtown Tulum where all the clubs, bars, restaurants and shops are. The beach is a 10 minute drive away. "

"We recently stayed at the Elements Boutique Hotel for 7 days. Our flight and shuttle to the hotel were both delayed, which caused us to arrive at the hotel at a very late hour. The desk has a 24hr concierge who was ready to greet us upon our arrival. He helped us with our bags and escorted us to our room promptly. He explained that we could finish our check-in process in the morning once we woke up. This was very appreciated, as we had a 10 hour travel day and were incredibly exhausted. The room was exactly as pictured on the website. It was incredibly clean (floors, towels and bedding washed every day). The air conditioning was very cold and worked great (individual unit in each room). The room was very roomy, well decorated and comfortable. The hotel is located near many other hotels, restaurants and the main downtown strip. There is a pharmacy directly across the road. Pool/beach towels are readily available at the hotel. The best part of this hotel, is the incredible staff. The hotel reception staff are beyond helpful and kind. They assisted us with booking excursions, gave us great restaurant recommendations, helped us to call cabs and even assisted us with communicating with our shuttle driver for our return trip to the airport. They always remembered any request we made and would assist us promptly and/or make a note for it to be completed as soon as possible. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us in any way they could! Great stay! "

"What a great property. Close to everything you need and want. We rented bikes and cruised over to the ruins one day. Another day we biked to the skull Cenote. Always felt safe. New massive Chedreau grocery store a 10 minute walk away. Very convenient. Disappointing that the beach was full of seaweed but the hotel has no control over that. "

"Kai Tulum was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for my daughter and I. I liked that we had bathrobes but would have been better if they were softer and more plush. We only had dinner there one night as there weren't that many options. The plate of pasta that we had was delicious but small. I highly recommend Kai Tulum!"

Situated in the peaceful National Park, close to the remarkable Mayan ruins of Tulum and only a ten minute’s drive to town, you may still never wish to leave your lovely veranda. We were greeted so warmly by the considerate staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We ate many times at the wonderful restaurant, lit by candles under the palm trees at night with our feet in the sand. We can’t wait to return!"
