It’s always such a pleasure staying at Aloft Tulum! The location is super convenient and the hotel itself is very modern and clean. Shout out to Veronica at the front desk who always greeted us with a smile on her face, along with all other staff members. Aloft Tulum will always be my go-to accommodation while I’m in Tulum

Excellent location and friendly staff. Free use of bicycles which was amazing, as well as the daily shuttle to the beach. Food was very good and daily resort fee credit covered our breakfasts. Very clean, spacious rooms. We had an excellent stay.

No issues with the hotel, and ALl the staff were truly awesome! Only thing that was bothersome, was the VERY LOUD music that played every single night from the rooftop bar/pool. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the booming base from the electronic tunes from the rooftop pool was A LOT!! So if you’re a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs!
