The worst hotel experience!
Things don’t always go well, but when things go wrong, excellent hospitality and great service can make things better. This is not the case at coco unlimited.
We came here to celebrate my fiance’s birthday. We booked the master suite specifically because it was advertised with a jacuzzi. Upon arrival, we discovered no jacuzzi but a dirty bathtub with broken jets, and each time you wanted to fill it, it would take over an hour due to terrible water pressure/flow.
This was the first of many disappointments.
Upon walking into the room, the a/c was leaking. Getting extra towels was an ask, ask again, and ask again type of situation. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and lumpy. The restaurant is bland and basic. The room felt unsecured with basic door locks, and we noticed numerous times maid's keys left unattended in the hotel room doors.
More frustrating than all this was the lack of hospitality or sense of urgency to improve the situation. It took 3 days to get a manager to talk to us! At that point we just wanted to leave the hotel, but we had paid in advance for the rest of the nights. The manager apologized and offered us a free dinner and spa treatment. We did not want anything for free! We wanted to pay for the nights we spent at the hotel and have our money refunded for the nights we wouldn’t be staying. They wouldn’t agree to this nor did they create any other options. We left the hotel and would never go back!
