I don't normally name names but these people went above and beyond and made our stay most enjoyable - Concierge - Isis Bell Hop - Marcelo Waiters - Bryan, Armando and Javier Hostess - Liseth I highly recommend this resort and i have already booked to go back in October."

My only gripe was calling the resort for arranging transport from the bus stop in Playa: was out through to someone else twice but never got an answer and had to figure it out in our own. Not the end of the world, just would have been nice to have someone local on our side to help. "

"The staff were so amazing. It’s almost impossible to find something you don’t like about Xcaret. I really wanted to take a picture In the bridge pool. I didn’t not realize those pools are exclusive. I wish I had known as I would have stayed In that Casa. However our room was beautiful nonetheless "

"Everybody at the resort was so kind and courteous, and very professional extremely helpful, From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out Everyone was so fantastic! The room itself was very clean very nice. The pools were very clean and We enjoyed them greatly. There was so many activities for everyone of all ages to enjoy. And the dining was fantastic. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back."
