"The hotel is beautiful and huge, so definitely be prepared to do a lot of walking! The buffet food was okay, but if I could do it again, I would skip the buffets and make reservations at the à la carte restaurants because they were delicious. The entertainment was also really good every night. My only real complaint was the beach, but that’s understandable given the season. Also, some of the employees seemed to get annoyed when you asked for things not all of them, just a few. Other than that, we had a great experience! My kids had an absolute blast, and that’s what mattered most to me."

"The rooms were kept clean, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The pool area needed more attention throughout the day, especially because there were often dead flies, bees, and other insects in the water. The food was also very repetitive. By the end of the week, it felt like we were eating the same meals over and over again. One thing I found especially disappointing happened at the second pool. A staff member turned off the water features while the children were playing. This was upsetting because those water features were one of the few activities available for younger children in the pool area. The resort is advertised as family-friendly, but most of the entertainment seemed focused more on adults. There were not many activities for younger children. I also felt that turning off the water features while the kids were enjoying them was unnecessary and quite mean. For a family-friendly resort, I expected more consideration for children and more entertainment options designed for them. Also keep in mind if you do rent a car parking is limited and you might leave the car park outside the property"
