"We really enjoyed our stay. We took full advantage of all the amenities. Mosquitos were really mean this season tho. Food has always been hit or miss at all the resorts I’ve stayed in. My family and I love “Flavor” and it just seems catered to those who like bland food. However, the restaurants made up for the buffet."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now. I can tell they property is kept pretty well compared to a lot of resorts I’ve visited in the past. Recommend for sure. Rooms were clean, food is ok. Not necessarily authentic Mexican food, but still decent."

"This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was well organized and nice. We had let them know we were celebrating our honeymoon and they went the extra step to make it special by decorating our room. Although there was seaweed which is to be expected in October, the beach was still well maintained."

"This was our second time here. We could not wait to go back because we wanted to stay in building 3 in a swim out since they go right into the main pool with the swim up bar. We sent several requests asking for building 3. Always received a response saying they have that in our notes. I know you can not always guarantee the building you request. However, the ENTIRE building 3 was closed for our entire stay. An email to let us know that we could not have our request would have been nice. It is a shame because we brought other people with us who were looking forward to these swim up rooms. We liked the food and the entertainment staff were amazing. Because of lack of communication, we most likely will not be back."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Seaside Palms. Seaside Suites was closed for renovations, so I was moved to palms. They have a wonderful team, a beautiful resort and location, and I highly recommend seeing all the shows you can!"

"Beautiful family friendly resort. One negative was there is no sand on the beach . Need to add sand its rocky and also clean the natural pool when its full of seaweed. Other than that great resort good food"
