The Pyramid it's no longer what used to be. The passing of the original owner brought his son's to make all kind of changes. New management closed the Kinki and Coyote discos and music its not allowed around the pool and at the Fountain Blue Bar music was allowed to performers only and not for people to enjoy. We won't come back

The hotel is located in a busy part of the hotel zone next to the coco bongo nightclub.
The pool area is nice and faces onto the beach and is nice at first glance but the place is dirty/damaged/poorly finished in countless places.
We had an ocean view room however the balcony could not be used due to the warm AC vent blowing.
The rooms were very big and spacious but the condition was poor. The light near the big did not work and the rest of the lighting isn’t very good so it’s dark when the sun goes down. The bathroom was fine but run down (door missing on the shower, poor water pressure, damaged tiles).
It was very affordable at €100 per night and we only stayed for 2 nights but if it was any more, i would have looked to move elsewhere.

Un lugar relajado. La atención del personal inmejorable. Hugo, a cargo del Staff es extraordinario. Puedes ver el fenómeno impresionante de la bioluminiscencia en la misma Playa del Hotel, es maravilloso. Definitivamente volvería.
