The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. Poorly lite at night Steps into pool dangerous b/c they were not visible. Small elevators not handicap friendly didn’t have access to every restaurant

The resort is beautiful, super clean and cozy, I loved my room and the food was fantastic. Activities were perfect and the spa amazing!!! Staff goes above and beyond and makes you feel special, I’m definitely coming back next year. Not enough words to thank you for the awesome experience I had.

Hotel is nice but a bit underwhelming for such a large hotel. Various tired looking plants are used to adorn lobby. Hotel needs interior designer with vision. Staff members go above and beyond to serve; everyone was very pleasant. Bar drinks were good. Buffet was great for breakfast, but that was it; lunch and dinner were not great. Desserts were always spectacular. Lobby coffee shop was great. Capri Grill Italian was a good alternative to buffet, we didn’t try the Asian restaurant. With that said dining options were a bit limited. The beach grill is just so so. Focus should be more on simple Beach foods instead of some of the strange bowl options that were on the menu. Hotel rooms are large, bed comfortable, in room fridge was only filled once in three days. In room snacks were local variety like plantain chips; a little stale and not very desirable. Hotel pool is nice and pool side waiters were there to assist with bar drinks. Plenty of chairs around pool. Night life is lacking. Overall I would give this hotel 3.5 stars. Perhaps with time it will be more like it’s sister property in Cancun.

The Staff was amazing and could't do enough to help out and make the stay enjoyable. The Hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel, at best its a 3 star. Its limited in food choices, and everything shouts down at 11pm. We were there for News Years and all the bars and entertainment quickly shout down just past midnight.

It is a beautiful place, but they need to step up their game for the price they charge. Just learned while we were there with my boyfriend for NYE that they opened one month ago. Sushi restaurant has a few items to choose from so we could not eat there, the menu was really a joke. The Italian restaurant same. The buffet was amazing and great selection of food which helped but for all inclusive in the Restaurants of the resort should not have items on the menu for extra charge. Every morning the staff forgot to bring Nespresso pods and coffee mugs, so we had to call for them and still had to wait long time. I mean 2am in the morning we had to go and get them ourselves when we were just not able to sleep and figured let us go get it so when we wake up in the morning, we will have coffee and cups ready to drink. If you want to be served food on the beach you can't bc they only serve drinks there, but 20 feet away you can sit down and be served which makes no sense. The music was great in the morning then turn into a loud club music which is not relaxing at all for the crowd the hotel had. You could see people leaving the beach bc of that. When I asked them to change the music back or lower the volume, they gave me some nonsense excuse. Isn't the idea to be served in complete relaxation when you are on vacation? That totally ruined our relaxation and experience at the beach front of the hotel. Their Zen Spa is amazing, the hydrotherapy is the best service there.

The property itself is great. The pool is great and the beach is nice. The majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The spa was great. The food wasn't too good. It wasn't bad but not what I was hoping for given the price. I've stayed at a cheaper all inclusive in Riviera Maya and the food there was way better. The Japanese restaurant is by far the best restaurant. I wish we would have just gone there every night. The buffet is hit or miss depending on the day. Our shower was leaking into the room and I informed them but it was never fixed while we were there.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They make you feel like family. Food was good, especially dinner on the beach. Coffee shop had the best lattes. The overall grounds are beautiful and well kept. Can’t say enough about this resort…our new fav!
