"We loved the grand sunset princess and I want to come back!! So clean, constantly cleaning, scrubbing walkways and pool areas. The staff were so kind, spa was amazing we got some awesome massages and the free hour of hydrotherapy with a massage was a lovely compliment. The beach was nice, plenty of room. Plenty of beach chairs by the pools and beach. I saw some negative reviews before I came here and honestly those people were just looking for something to complain about. The food by the pool was awesome, we ate tacos poolside every day lol. Large property lots to walk but there were so many statues and animals to look at the walks were one of my favorite parts. They had little shuttles and bus stops if it’s too much so it’s very accessible and inclusive. Poolside bars were amazing, if you find Arron you are in for a treat he is the best and makes the best drinks, give him an extra couple bucks if you’ve read this review !!! The staff were all so kind and silly too they were joking around and making us all smile every day. They had some entertainment but honestly it was catered more to families and small children. It would be a bit better if they made some adjustments to entertainment and did some extra stuff for adults but it was fine. There was a disco every night that opened at 10:30-1am and a sports bar which stayed open way passed that. The sports bar has late night snacks if you get hungry! "We were very pleased with our stay at Ventus at Marina El Cid. It was quieter than Marina El Cid side of the property but we could access everything. The staff was kind and accommodating. By booking “platinum” through Expedia we had added things such as a butler. The weather was not great for beach time (high winds) and it isn’t a great beach area in general. That’s probably my only negative comment. If you are traveling for the beach in particular, I’d look in a different area closer to Cancun where the beach is more useable. We were content with the pools and other offerings at Ventus so our stay was still great. "

They make every aspect of your stay special and if you are celebrating a special event, they go out of their way to make it great. The food is AMAZING in every restaurant we tried. I’ve never been to an all inclusive with food as good as this. The drinks are top notch. The beach is beautiful. "
