I informed the resort that we old be there 12pm and if possible needed an early check in. That was not done. We were given a suite at 3:30pm. Alex our server in privilege restaurant was a 5 star guy who made every effort to please us. The best restaurant was the privilege one with excellent views and food breakfast lunch and dinner. A big disappointment was the French restaurant. The steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were really good too. It was our first time in Cancun and I am so glad that I chose Ocean Allure and even more glad that I chose their privilege room.
