"We had an early morning flight and just needed an easy place to stay close to the airport with a shuttle. The shuttle runs every half hour. "

"Our stay was great overall with the exception of some staff. The majority of staff were wonderful but there is one guy who works in the hotel's Pharmacy/Gift Shop who refused to provide change in USD citing the policy which actually was just the currency converter. "

"My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we had a really good time. We just wanted to enjoy the sun and the beach. The resort is really nice especially if you have kids. Staff are really kind and helpful. Rooms were good too. Food was average, but we still enjoyed the variety and the service. You might need to reserve to eat at some of the restaurants, although most of the food found in those restaurants is also served in the buffet area. You will also need to take your own beach towels, because most of the time they won't be available. The hotel should definitely buy more towels instead of making people wait for towels to be washed. In conclusion, there are a lot of bad reviews that are very much exaggerated in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend this resort."

"Definitely recommend. It’s on the quiet end of the hotel zone. The bus stop is right in front and it’s only a one US dollar. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. "

"Room wasn't like expected and if you go check for roaches are room had roaches we called and seems they didn't care alot we had to ask to change us room ,restuarant staff where great,pool staff wasnt really there when needed, bar drinks wasn't good at all and the bar staff wasn't either friendly over all is not worth staying there for the price"

"Was very clean and everyone was great. Abu in the lobby bar is the best. Wilbur and Juan at the pool are also amazing. Buffet ladies do great to take care of you as well. Will be back for sure. "
