Definitely more of a family resort. The adult parties are timed and not everyday. Without those if you want to party you can’t. Your either with babies at the big pool, playing volleyball in the other pool or sitting at the pool bar. The swim up bar is crowded no music playing and it’s just not a vibe. The staff was pretty rude. Will not go back

Terrible service and we were robbed by the taxi at the hotel $563 US dollars and 5 m you n the morning we were told they had an emergency and we had to leave the building. It was one of our miserable stays there.

This RIU caribe is a 4 star hotel and this resort rating is 7.5 but Expedia site showing 8.0 rating You should tell customers right information so they will have better understanding of the hotel Food is average and all restaurants are very small in size and seating plus with very limited menu Only good things about this resort is the beach area which nice and easy to access

An absolute 5 star. We learned that the resort had been recently renovated — awesome! The cleanest resort I have ever stayed with. The staff very friendly never long waits anywhere. The food was phenomenal! You could ask for a better selection on the buffet and Elda our waitress was just wonderful The steak house also left your tummy full and pallet satisfied.
