The hotel is spacious with enough lounging areas for privacy and comfort. The staff is courteous, and helpful. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi is just perfect after a long trip. Shuttle service is was available as promised. I’ll be coming back for sure.

This hotel was a lifesaver to get us to the airport on time. We left our hotel near Tulum a day early so that we would be rested and have a nice place to stay with a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Clean and comfy with a nice pool and acceptable food. Friendly staff! A couple of downsides... food takes forever in restaurant ... there could have been a few more umbrellas and chairs by the pool ... and it would have been a good idea to make a list for the shuttle the night before as there were too many people and not enough room for all the luggage and many cases had to be stored next to the driver which did not seem safe and a couple people with later flights were asked to take a later shuttle.

Check in was so easy, transportation to the airport was free and a breeze, the beds were really comfortable, and free, full breakfast. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay for the last leg of our journey the night before we flew back to the States.
