Hotel was well maintained, room was clean and cleaning service was friendly and excellent. Location was great, food was delicious, we tried both the buffet and from the menu. Beach are was amazing, beautiful sand and crystal clear water. The only negative was the cost of drinks and food at the bar area. I would highly recommend the hotel

Unfortunately when we were there there was a large family ( 20 ) staying there also that did not feel the need to follow the rules ( no fault of the hotel) however, security was present and stayed present to make sure no one was going to get hurt! Our favorites were Guillermo en el “happy hour” and Roscio del “front desk”. Muy muy muy atentos para todo y se acirdaron de nosotros siempre. Buena gente!!!!! Pero la verdad todos… TODOS muy amable, atentos y listos para ayudarnos. No podemos esperar para regresar!

It was beautiful inside. Amenities and spa. Activity sign ups on site. Room was spacious only thing we felt it needed was a microwave for those on long stays. Will be using again.

A very beautiful property with a quiet and relaxed vibe. Beach was easy to access and was beautiful. Service was top notch. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour were the icing on the top.

The staff are nice and accommodating. The seaweed should be clean in the beach at lest in the swimming area. The smells are bad when there’s a lot of sea weeds.

The beach had way too much seaweed that made it impossible to enter the water. The smell of the seaweed was terribly disgusting like rotten organic material. The smell was noticeable and unbearable not only at the beach but also at the two open air restaurants.

This is the best hotel in Cancun with the bests Staff in every area! Coral and Osiris in reception were amazing while checking in. Selene, Misraim, Miguel, Josue, Mariano, Julio and Ole in the Club lounge make you feel like at home, they treat you like part of the family, it is a pleasure to see them here every year, they make my day! Gustavo and Javier in Caribeño are awesome!! Reyna was a delight taking care of us and our room! Every space in the hotel is filled with great people and good vibes.
