Check-in was really easy. The rooms were beautiful. This is probably some of the best food I’ve ever had an all-inclusive resort ever. The pool pools were cool. They were a little too hot for my taste at the very beginning, but they were able to cool them down later.

AVA resort was a truly phenomenal experience!! All of the staff were so helpful the entire trip. I have to give a huge thank you to our personal concierge Sam who was absolutely wonderful and so attentive to us. She even booked a cabana with flowers and sparkling wine as a departing gift to us. I am so grateful for the amazing hospitality we experienced. Hotel had so many amenities and fun things to do (MJ show, Magic show, LED show etc) and great for both adult and kids. We did the escape room aswell! Overall I had a great time and would recommend this resort. Thank you AVA💘

the stay was overall beautiful, the rooms were nice, food was great and there was many options throughout the resort, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the staff. everyone was so kind and fun from the kitchen staff to the bell boys. the entertainment staff in particular though was outstanding each and every member felt like a friend by the end of our trip. gama, gustavo, julien, rafael, ruben and honestly everyone we encountered were so amazing and would make me book AVA again.

Amazing Resort Experience This was the best resort in Cancun! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Middle Eastern cuisine. The flavors were amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was wonderful. We had an incredible experience from start to finish! ❤️

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Upon arrival be prepared to be served with a sales pitch for a membership to the resort.

We stayed from 8/20/26 - 8/25/26. The resort and their services were good, but the weather during these days were extremely hot. Beaches were dirty and filthy.
