The staff is super nice, what we really appreciated was the free parking we got. If you check in early (before 3 pm) you get your bracelet and can have lunch or enjoy the property - even you can't go in your room. If you come we highly recommend to choose a room with a balcony and sea view - it is spectacular and you will not regret the extra pay. they have 3 pools, one is for adults only, and what is also very convenient you can quickly go down to the ocean and swim, shower off and head back to a relaxing lounger either at the pool or the sand. they have a wonderful snackbar open 24/7 where you can also get really great coffee. We loved our stay and extended our trip, as we liked it so much.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the hotel is a little older. This did not bother me at all. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of choices every morning. The only thing we didn’t like Italian restaurant. Just didn’t like tastes of the food that we order. My favorite part of the hotel was definitely the bars! The staff at all the bars were absolutely amazing, friendly, and professional. They truly deserve five stars for their excellent service. The bartenders and staff made the experience special and were the highlight of my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would happily recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked the hotel on very short notice and had two different reservations. We cannot thank the staff at the hotel enough for all their help and how wonderful they were. They really went out of their way to make our stay super nice, and since we had to move the rooms at one time, we even got an upgrade to an ocean front suite. All I can say they went out of their way to make it a great stay, that alone would be a reason for us to come here again. We enjoyed the a la carte restaurant we went too (only make sure you are there at 9 am to sign up for it). The buffet was nice too and we loved that they have the special coffees there. the pool area was great and what we really liked was that the beach was really kept clean too - as when we walked up and down from our hotel, there were some areas which still had more seaweed around, as where in front of our hotel it was very clean. Thanks a lot

The room was dirty and outdated, The Staff was not helpful and food was bad at the Italian restaurant and both of the buffets. The only good restaurant was Mexico Lindo food was delicious and the server was amazing and helpful. The drinks from the bars were ok...It was not what I expected from the photos and others reviews.

Nice place to come to with family young and old. Despite the standard room I had being dated, it was clean and comfortable to sleep and relax in. There were plenty of lounge chairs available at the pool and beach. The shows were amazing especially the Michael Jackson show. Overall, it was a great stay

I've been going for the past 5 years, probably 12 times and I see the same staff working there. The front guys great me with a smile and I'm always happy to see them. Jose the concierge leads me to my room and asks if I need any beverages or witch restaurant I want to make reservations to. Throughout my vacation he follows up and makes sure my stay is pleasant. The bartenders know your drinks and even will bring them to you as your drink is empty. I love this place!

Room was clean, staff wasn’t very amicable and the food was most of the time cold in the buffet and we could only make 2 restaurant reservations for our whole stay there is only 2 buffet restaurants for all the people in hotel and only one of those was open for dinner, won’t be back to the hotel! There was several couples that saw the same things we did and they weren’t happy either

You get what you pay for. I wish they had more options for vegetarian people (if you're vegan don't even think about staying here). They ran out of glasses in the bar pretty frequently, they're understaffed. The restaurants were pretty lame, the italian one ran out of PIZZA!!! at 9 pm, and it wasn't even good. On the other hand, the staff were pretty friendly and nice, even considering the amount of people they had to attend.

The food was good, with a nice variety of options. Also variety of drinks was ok. Staff was kind and helpful. It would be nicer to have more places with shadow on the beach. The only downside was the somewhat persistent push to become members or purchase additional packages. This also took up quite a bit of our time, when all we really wanted was to relax and enjoy our time there.

Great resort! It’s small enough that it was no problem going back and forth from the beach/pool area up to the room. Shower could use some upgrading but otherwise had no complaints. Staff were amazing and the food was good for what it was. Nothing fancy but as far as all inclusive buffets go it was great. Looking forward to coming back!
