« The pictures do not do this house justice. It was so cute and authentic. The host went well above standard to provide a comfortable welcoming stay. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms . We didn’t have to worry about drinking water , toilet paper, hand soap towels, salt pepper etc. they even provided welcome drinks and breakfast food for our arrival. The location was out of the crowds but close to great restaurants . The view was beautiful especially at sunrise. »

« Fantastic property with amazing views. Communication was seamless and we were greeted by Jan at the house who gave us not only a thorough tour but also shared some his local favorites to visit. Our family enjoyed having individual spaces but also large communal area where we could gather to eat, utilize the pool and just relax. The kitchen is very well equipped allowing us to cook our Thanksgiving dinner! Highly recommend and would definitely come back. We have stayed at many places on Isla...

« Villa Cristal was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. The listing is completely accurate and house well stocked. The owners are responsive to every question. Richie, the property manager on the island, was amazing. Any questions we had about the house, things to do, where to rent golf carts if you want them, etc., he’s just a text away and a super nice guy. We lived the views from the roof, and from the second floor. It was a little windy during part of our stay, so we didn’t get in...

« This house truly is stunning. Everything as advertised. Communication with host and concierge team was great. Kitchen is very well equipped if you want to make meals. Many areas to enjoy each other or be alone. Pools very nice and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again if I return to Isla. »

"Beau logement, grande terrasse, belle vue. Très beau la nuit avec toutes les lumières du resort. Wifi était bien, le choix de télé ok mais bizarre de ne pas proposer des postes comme Netflix en streaming. Le buffet du matin offrait de nombreuses options. La grosse déception cependant a été le prix ridicule que nous avons dû payer pour manger le buffet très moyen le soir au Capricios. N’ayant pas choisi le tout inclus, nous l’avons regretté amèrement quand on a payé 300$ pour un repas moyen, le vin n’était pas inclus et le serveur ne nous l’a pas dit. Au moment de partir, il nous a rapidement montré la facture en disant qu’on pouvait ajouter un pourboire si on voulait. J’ai ajouté 15% (400 pesos) alors qu’il y avait déjà un pourboire de 400 pesos dans la facture. Très fâchée de cette façon de faire, de nous surcharger comme si nous étions des millionnaires. Dans la chambre il y avait de la bière était au moins 100 pesos (9$) et le mini Market HORS de PRIX, le double de la vie réelle. Dommage. "

"Le site de l’hôtel est très beau surtout le soir. La plage est aussi très belle avec du sable très fin et doux. Elle est vraiment longue pour ceux qui aime marcher sur le bord de l’eau. Les chambres sont très grandes (1 salon et 1 chambre à coucher) et vraiment très propres. Il y a un grand walk-in pour ranger les vêtements. Les swim-up sont très biens. Toutefois, certaines terrasses swim-up n’ont jamais de soleil; elles sont toujours à l’ombre. Par conséquent, l’eau des piscines swim-up est très froide. Le personnel est merveilleux. Toujours souriant et sympathique. Un merci spécial à Roberto au front desk qui a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes ainsi que Linda au bar de la piscine avec sa bonne humeur! La nourriture est très bonne. Cependant, les restaurants à la carte ainsi que le buffet n’ouvrent qu’à 18h00 pour le dîner du soir. C’est un peu tard si vous avez de jeunes enfants. 17h30 serait une heure plus raisonnable. Les restaurants à la carte peuvent accueillir un nombre modéré de clients, ce qui rend les réservations obligatoires et difficiles à obtenir. L’animation le soir est très bien et de qualité: musique, danse et salle de spectacle."
