To begin, this is our 4th time at this amazing resort within the last two years simply because it has absolutely everything to offer. The staff, the food, the drinks, and the room all have everything we are looking for to wind down and relax. Among arrival into Cancun our wonderful driver Miguel was at the airport waiting to take us off to paradise. He greeted us with a smile and mentioned welcome home. Our room view was amazing all thanks to Fernanda for making sure we were very well taken care of, and all our needs were met. Fernanda put together many things to make our trip as awesome as it was and we are so thankful for everything she did. Each day our room was so clean and organized because we had the wonderful Nery. Nery was so sweet and would always make sure we had enough towels and our room was spotless during the day when we came back from an outing. We typically eat at all the restaurants and have grown to enjoy the company of many of the staff. Chelito, one of the chefs has such a happy soul and always makes sure we are well fed. He’s extremely friendly, welcoming and so nice to not only the guest but his staff as well. Manuel one of the pastry chefs made a very tasty cake for my wife’s birthday and came out to wish her birthday wishes. Carmen, one of the morning chefs makes some of the best omelette. Well maintained property with friendly and eager staff. Room had balcony which is a must for us as being able to sit outside in mornings and at night to listen to the ocean is part of the experience. Comfortable seating on balcony with cushions. Fridge in room stocked daily with water, soda, and beer as needed. Bed comfortable and plenty of pillows and nice black out curtains. Buffet was different each night and well stocked with food that was tasty and fresh. Reservations easy to make on app for specialty restaurants and food and service was excellent. Room Service was easy to order and food was hot and as ordered. Food around pool area consistently good and lots of choices among several spots. Swim up bar can be crowded, but if you tip for they day with your first drink - they remember you and have drink ready. Pool area and bathrooms kept clean. Take shoes to edge of pool so you have them when you get out. Surfaces are very slippery, shoes a must when walking to chairs or bathrooms. Can be hard to find a chair as people put down towels as early as 7 am to reserve them. But always able to find one, even if farther than wanted from pool. They did best to keep beaches clean, but tides were rough and seaweed came in - but still beautiful to look at and listen to. Walked off grounds one day to see what was close and felt safe talking a leisure stroll to just stretch legs. Less than 20 minutes from Airport, so quick trip. Highly recommend.

This was my third visit to fiesta Americana and each visit gets better and better. Loved the property, loved my room, all of the staff were so kind and attentive. I traveled with my two young children and they had a BLAST. Family friendly and I will probably be back again.

The food was not what I had expected. Being in Mexico you’d think you would get authentic Mexican cuisine, and it was NOT that. Every restaurant tasted like school lunch food (in my opinion). Other than that the property was amazing the staff was nice, I would have just liked more of a Mexican experience (including the music,food, activities,etc.) !!

We stayed for our honeymoon- great choice! I have been to several all-inclusives in Mexico, and this one is great. It was safe, quiet at night, and close to fun off-campus shopping. There are lots of dining options on the property, a few bars (including a poolside bar), and a fun atmosphere at the pool and beach thanks to the staff. We loved the sushi bar, as well! Would absolutely return.
