A nice resort with a lot of odd policies and hidden charges. Overall our group had a nice time but were disappointed by many of the policies at the resort/restaurants and lack of resort amenities. Pros: - Resort location - Direct beach access and close to local entertainment - Resort Staff - Friendly and attentive - Cleanliness/Covid - active sanitization and temp checks - Resort Rooms - Clean/spacious, beds are comfortable - daily cleaning Cons: - Food/Restaurants/bars - Buffet served basically the same items for lunch and dinner. Dinner restaurants had rather boring menus. All dinner restaurants require a reservation which were not easy to obtain for a large group. Alcoholic drinks are watered down - Dress Code - All restaurants require men to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. The buffet restaurant would not allow anyone without sleeves to dine - no exceptions - Check-In - Resort arrival experience is painfully slow and tedious - immediately following check-in as a sales pitch for their timeshare offerings - fair warning they are very pushy. - Resort Gym - Gym on property has a $8USD daily fee per guest (not per room) - Resort WiFi - was spotty in guest rooms Overall we had a great trip and made the best of some of the resort issues. Cancun is beautiful and the resort takes full advantage of that. Looking forward to our next visit - it will just be at a different resort.

Everyone was very nice and the service was great! The hotel is beautiful and the food delicious. The only complaint is about schedule the COVID test, they open late in the morning and close early in the afternoon, and I could not match my tours with the hotel service.
