We had an amazing time at Sun Palace and are already dreaming of going back! The property is beautiful. The food was great. The staff and service were incredible. The best vacation we have been on!

This was our first time visiting a Palace property. I was not aware it was a "timeshare" that was a bit frustrating as they wanted you to participate in the presentation and tried to upsell you. The room size and amenties were great! The bad side is that you can hear the people next to you and above you, which I hated. Unless you are on the 8th floor you aren't safe to avoid noise unlike other properties we have visited. The drinks were also watered down or no alcohol in them to what we were used to at other resorts. The restaurants were good, except the Thai. Poor/slow service and food was nothing to write home about.

Seriously wonderful staff... Also the small size of the property was much better enjoyed than the mega cruise ship atmosphere at some of the huge cancun resorts

Nice clean property but limited lounging chairs by pool area. The pools are small and too crowded . Spa area is coed and crowded . Didn’t like that we have to make reservation for dining. I like the walk-in system better. This is an all inclusive resort, we shouldn’t have to be limited on where we can dined. Staffs are all wonderful and friendly. Rooms are well stocked with drinks and are always clean. The ocean views are spectacular and never noisy
