Great pool and views.

Three night stay. Love the pool. The restaurant was good. Unfortunately there were no real grocery stores around, just a very expensive convient store. Nice cooking facilities in the apartment. Too bad there was nothing to cook.

This was a great place to stay! Great apt, everything u could need.. 2 things.. bed was very very hard!!! Hot water didn’t last more than 8 mins made it hard for multiple showers.. it was off the main strip A quiet place to relax, a small car, or a bus ride even bike ride could take you in either direction to the center of the city or into the hot hotel zone. loved the place and would go back again..

FANTASTIC, as long you understand the property. Grounds and staff are amazing. Apartments are clean and well stocked. Pool and lagoon view are wonderful. Expect a mostly 50’s and older crowd. It is not close to entertainment, has few restaurants, no shops and minimal services in the area. We loved it!

This was a great place to stay that is a little bit off of the main hotel zone area. We stayed for a week and worked a little bit so the room was perfect size for two working stations. The kitchen was great as well so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The staff was so friendly, the pool was lovely and the sandy area with the beach chairs made for good relaxation when we didn't want to travel to the beach. This is about 6-10 minutes from the beginning of the main hotel zone so you will have to uber or rent a car. We ubered everywhere and had no problems. Smaller resort with a great restaurant (even though it's only open 8-5). All in all - we really enjoyed our stay here. And couldn't say enough good things about the staff,

It is a very relaxed place to stay, it’s not a party scene so it is great if you want to get away and relax. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help in any way they can. Highly recommend Coral Mar if you are wanting to get away and relax, also the food is amazing and the massage therapist they use is amazing!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was very relaxing and quiet. Our room was greatly planned especially the kitchen all accessories and appliances you can think of. Our room service staff Rosa did an exceptional job and went above and beyond on showing my 12yr old daughter how to make a swan out of the towels. Will definitely visit again.

The property itself is great, and the front desk staff is also very approachable, informative, and helpful. This place is for those that are ok with nothing around and go to bed early. The "chef restaurant" of the property is closed on Tuesdays and only open from 9AM-7PM. So if you are hungry or doing activities outside of the hotel/apartment and miss the window to come to eat, you're SOL. It's a little difficult to have delivery there too as many restaurants do not deliver there after 8:30 given it is a private area. Other than that it's a quiet place to come and relax, You cannot get in the lagoon because of "alligators" (per the front desk staff)

Fake reviews and unprofessional staff

All good reviews are fake. Osiel who is thier oldest front desk manager will ruin your vacation by acting so rude that you will not get towels, shampoos, coffee or any other basic necessity you would expect from a hospitality industry. He gets sarcastic kicks from troubling people at hotel. He ruined ours and i never write reviews so trying to save yours by avoiding this hotel at any cost only because Osiel runs this place and he will show you how powerful he is by not providing anything to you. He also took $100mx and 8 dollars additional from us and threatening us to see lot more chages if the review is not good.
