Osiel who is thier oldest front desk manager will ruin your vacation by acting so rude that you will not get towels, shampoos, coffee or any other basic necessity you would expect from a hospitality industry. He gets sarcastic kicks from troubling people at hotel. He ruined ours and i never write reviews so trying to save yours by avoiding this hotel at any cost only because Osiel runs this place and he will show you how powerful he is by not providing anything to you. This was a great place to stay that is a little bit off of the main hotel zone area. We stayed for a week and worked a little bit so the room was perfect size for two working stations. The kitchen was great as well so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The staff was so friendly, the pool was lovely and the sandy area with the beach chairs made for good relaxation when we didn't want to travel to the beach. This is about 6-10 minutes from the beginning of the main hotel zone so you will have to uber or rent a car. We ubered everywhere and had no problems. Smaller resort with a great restaurant (even though it's only open 8-5). All in all - we really enjoyed our stay here.
