"I would never recommend tho property to anyone the view that we got was horrible. The staff did not care that this was my friend‘s bachelorette. They were very rude the way they’ve maintained this property and the views that lead up to many of the rooms with this property are horrendous. We were so excited to visit this property as we’ve only heard amazing things about it, but I would never recommend this property to anyone."

"Overall it was a decent experience. The only thing I can complain about is how early the bars close. There are so many of them and they all close at 10 o’clock, and the only one that stays open later closes at 12 so if you don’t get a drink before then, you’re out of luck for the night."

"The maid service did a wonderful job on our room every day, I also saw staff frequently cleaning the restaurants, the pool area, and the beach. There was a lot of effort being put into keeping things clean."

"Beach was very small and couldn’t walk on either side. Pools were okay, but no hot tub."

"The hotel was perfect for our last minute getaway. We loved that size of the resort... never felt crowded, never had to wait very long for food or drink. The property itself is very well maintained and spotless. Our ream was very spacious, smelled great and the bed was really comfortable. We have stayed at numerous "larger/brand name resorts" and found this resort to have by far the best service and friendliest staff. Daniel at the pool was an amazing server, Enrique the supervisor at Azul were especially friendly and great at thier jobs!"

"I stayed in one of those rooms beach front first floor, the only problem there is that those beach beds in front of your room can be used by anybody who gets there first. Also, the beach was a little dirty and cold for this time of the year, this hotel does not have jacuzzis in the swimming pools, the pool water was also cold, I didn’t get in the water 🙁"
