They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped means. There were no bars in the handicapped bathrooms and stairs everywhere making it extremely painful for me to get to anywhere for anything. But…it was worth it. I’d still go again. "
