"Muy atenta el personal todo, muchas actividades para hacer, ese hotel es perfecto para pasar con tu familia por la cantidad de actividades que puedes hacer tiene parque de agua actividades para niño , sala de juegos. Cuenta con cancha de tenis, cancha de fútbol , cancha de basquetbol. Hacen un show toda la noche, el de Disney, Michel jackson y circus son mis favoritos. También el show mexicano muy bueno. Si fuera nuevamente a mexico los eligiera nuevamente. "

"Beautiful resort! New and the cleanest resort I’ve ever been to. Staff were cleaning and maintaining constantly, tho never disruptive. Excellent service in all areas of the resort. Smaller resort so easy to get to everything. Great food, fun drinks, beautiful grounds. Pools were beautiful, 4 separate areas depending on your desired activity level. Swim up bar pool was a little small, but lots of great spaces to hang out in it. Good variety of restaurants, areas for snacks, several bars, and night time entertainment. No reservations at restaurants which we actually enjoyed, and never had to wait more that 40 minutes which gave us time for a drink before dinner. Beautiful beach, can walk for a long way. Security around resort and at beach. Lifeguards on duty. Used the app to request extra towels in room a few times and service was extremely prompt. We were here for 4 nights, it was the perfect getaway."

"The property looked great and the staff was excellent. The buffet was what I expected not great. The Italian restaurant which takes reservation but is included was probably the best food, It was very good. The hibachi steakhouse which also takes reservations was also good. The American bistro was OK it was better than the buffet. All the bars were great and the staff was excellent. We had a double room 2 double beds it was very clean and modern. Local shopping: you had to get on a bus at the bus stop down at the end of the driveway so it was easy to get too and it was just a 5 minute drive to the 1st shopping area and a 10 minute drive to the 2nd shopping area $1 bus ride one way. The bus ride did look and feel safe. We went during spring break and did not have trouble finding lounge chairs on the beach, the pool was more packed but still was able to find chairs."

"This was our second visit to Live Aqua. Last time was for our 25th anniversary back in 2014. We were very impressed then and we found the same quality level now. The staff is super nice, friendly, yet very professional. Resort amenities, including pools are pristine. They have great food/restaurants options. Breakfast at Azur was amazing – sitting at our ocean front table, enjoying the slow morning, sipping fresh Mimosa, and taking a bite from an eclectic a la carte dish. Plenty of options for lunch and dinner. This time, the resort had some entertainment. Not too crazy, just an hour of well designed and rehearsed performance, like Mexican Fiesta, or Flamenco and Tango dance. Visiting the Spa is a must. My wife and I had couple massage, which was amazing! We are definitely going back! "
