This is my second time at this hotel. I found the resort to be generally clean enough that I didn’t mind being there. It’s showing its age. this resort is you get what you pay for and it’s cheap. Beach is ok pool is nice: I would go back.

the only issue I had was the air conditioner but given that they had a power outage i was understanding, But it took a while for the front desk to move us to a new room, other than wise the stay was pleasant the bar tender by the pool was great coodos to her.

We loved the beach and pool view from our room. As soon as you climb the stairs and enter the hotel you can see and smell the ocean. The couches need to be replaced and showers repaired. The staff was great but the restaurant was awful. All food was freezer snacks. Being next to the ocean the shrimp should be fresh not frozem

Loved it! The staff were great and the location and on-site amenities are awesome. Highly recommend booking a massage to relax. Booking tours on-site is also very convenient. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back.

Resort was beautiful, Rooms were clean, Staff was very Helpful, Pool is clean and great to swim, easy to Check-in or Check-out, staff everyday clean the rooms and replaced new towels, Great view from Balcony, affordable price, Easy access to Beach. Only thing i am disappointed for was that Flush was not working very well in toilet, we had to flush two times, There were just one Plug Socket in room, that was not even worked well, and Wifi was not that good, i stayed for four days, 2 days it worked well, but next two days i had to use my Roaming ON internet for perfect connection. And the door of Balcony were not getting locked due to old doors, that makes unsafe for our documents, everyday we had to keep documents with us due to door was not getting locked of Balcony, Because Person from other Room's Balcony can easy enter to your room if they want to.

Infinity pool is best feature of his place but does need upgrading regarding sunchairs, more points of entry, and retiling. Bar and service was great and music choice appropriate. Loved the sea turtle sanctuary! Beach was fine, seaweed managed as best as they could. Food is great and restaurant is beautiful. My room view was amazing, albeit, the window needs lubrication, but I did manage to wrangle it open to air out the sewage smell from the bathroom. Older building, so older pipes. Bed very comfortable, no complaints on comfort. Staff were efficient and friendly. For the price, the quality is appropriate. This is not a 5 star resort, so don't expect 5 star service or amenities. If on a budget, I'd stay here again.

Let me begin by saying that all the staff, from check-in to the restaurant and maintenance, are extremely friendly. It seems like they are working really hard to do constant maintenance, but that brings a lot of noise. Pictures on the website are misleading because rooms need a lot of work to get them closer to what is depicted in the pictures.

It’s a starter hotel. The couch was stained but the pool was very clean and the restaurant was ok. Great access to the beach. Hotel needs to be renovated and minor fixing. But overall if you’re traveling on a budget you can’t complain. Check in is at 3pm sharp not one minute before. We waited by the pool for 3 or 4 hrs because they wouldn’t let us check in early. But they were helpful with directions also with things to do off the resort. Not much to do on resort so look up outside activities. Overall it’s nice for a budget trip or first time in Mexico.

I like that they had a pool with a bar in the middle and that they had a restaurant right on the property too. Prices weren't very high and the room was amazing. I didn't even realize the room had a hot tub until I got there which was nice. My only complaint is that there was literally nothing around except a oxxo store which is like a Mexico 711. I walked over two miles and didn't see any other stores except one. Other than that, the resort basically had everything else.
