The area around the hotel is pretty much empty, there is another hotel in the same building and another one across the street, but nothing else yet. They told me they are building a mall right there. Check in process was painful, as the same front desk clerk of our hotel works for the hotel next door, so we had to wait for half an hour until she finished there before we could check in. Once we checked in, we requested the free shuttle for the airport at 0730 and she told us that it was full and she offered us 0600 or 0830. We refused and insisted that it was not suitable for us. Finally, she offered us 0745. Why didn't she offer that in the first place?
Next we went to the room and it was spacy, clean and modern. However, the fridge was overicing and when we called for support, they left it open for it to deice and put some towels on the floor. Next, the bathroom had no towels. We called the front desk and nobody answered. Next we called room service and they told us that we had to call the front desk. When we told them nobody was answering, they told us we had to go there in person.
When I went to get some ice, I run into a bellboy who helped me and brought towels.
They have everything to make a nice stay, but they need to work a lot in customer service, and I mean A LOT.
