"The resort was clean all the time. Staff were always around sweeping and mopping the floors. The bedroom was always clean. Housekeeper was in as soon as we left the room and beds were made up for us to relax on. The staff were friendly...everyone and everywhere we went. English was limited but they tried their best. Breakfast buffet had everything you can ask for. There were large selection of everything you may want to eat and all kinds of fruits and their healthy juices. Staff were welcoming and by the end of our 5th day they knew us well and made us comfortable. Not a big drinker but had 2 drinks and the bar tender made the drinks the way I wanted to. At one time the drink I ordered was too sweet and the waiter went back to the bar and got me another drink which was less sweet. Overall, we had a great stay and will go back again."

"I had to ask for a coffee pot, sweetener, and coffee. I did receive a coffee pot on the 3rd day, but no coffee until day 3. Our room was cleaned every day, however I had to keep asking for more than 1 wash cloth. There were 2 of us. When it rained there was 1 to 2 inches of water in the hallways and the ceiling plaster was falling down. One of the elevations only worked about ever other time. LOVED the adult pool bartender. He was fun, entertaining, and kind. As was his wife Veronica.The 8th floor bartender was very efficient and kind. After the first time he waited on us he knew what we liked. The food was great at the buffet."

"“I stayed at the JW Marriott Cancun with my family in July, and we loved it. Everything was exceptional, and the resort felt safe the whole time. My kids had a great time. My only complaint is that there’s no kids club, which would have made it perfect for families. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say, and we’ll definitely be back!”"
