Great cabana area by the pool. Food is AWFUL. Horrible. The Italian restaurant was ok. Room service was inedible. Our concierge was ok. Didn’t give us a lot of ideas on things to do. None of the buildings are air conditioned except for tower 5. The rooms are air conditioned. For as much as we spent, I just expected so much more. The coffee in the morning is nice. Beach is beautiful but very windy and lots of sea weed. We went to Playa Del Carmen for the day and that was great. Make sure you have EVERYTHING you need. I had to buy a 10 pack of tampons and a bottle of sunscreen. It was $55 USD!!!!!!!!! Just not impressed.

I didn’t like the fact that reservations for facility amenities were hard to make Wi-Fi was subpar the food left something to be desired I’m not sure when the pyramids were built but the one that I stayed and had considerable leaks. outside of that. Rooms with lagoon views are not renovated. Very old, and even the chairs and couches had stains. The frame of the bed was a horror movie. Staff in general were great. The Food needs improvements, it was disappointing. The beach was the best thing about the hotel. Loved the beach.

Our stay in Paradisus Cancun was very disappointing. The rooms were very outdated. The beds are so old, the bathroom completely destroyed. I took pictures of the bathroom and also the ceiling was painted over a huge leak. Another complain is that we did not have any shade by the 2 pools that the resort has. According to the concierge some type of strong wind blew them away like 3 days before our stay. But they should have either backups or they should’ve purchased new ones immediately as everyone had sunburn from the exposure. The good thing about the resort is the way all the employees attend to your needs. Very helpful and the waiters and bartenders amazing. Would I go back to paradisus absolutely not. This is totally our opinion and we have proof of all mentioned above.
