It is a very nice boutique hotel with a very nice garden. The room is clean. The towel smells good, and even the tissue paper has the best quality that I’ve ever seen in North America.

Wonderful hidden Oasis to rest and relax

A very pleasant surprise close to Cancun airport. It was quiet, peacefull, relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful garden, pool area, fish spa and even an own cenote. The owner is very helpful, too. I stayed one night before a flight from Cancun, next time will stay longer.

A true gem for those wanting to stay in an authentic Mexican neighborhood. The manager Maria was absolutely phenominal welcoming me. The owner Juan keeps the grounds meticulous and was a gracious host. The property is gated with a beautiful pool and a private cenote. I've been coming to the area for years and this is by far the best visit.

We can’t recommend this hotel enough. The property is very beautiful, peaceful and so well maintained. Maria and her brother offered exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They helped us with every single need we had, small and big. They both speak amazing English and were so kind and welcoming. The pool was wonderful and they even have a private cenote on property to experience. We can’t say enough good things about this hote and experience!

Great place greater owner.

Great facility with amazing and caring owner but you need a car. Juan knew I was having health issues. Late on my first day he knocked on my door to see if I was ok. He took me to get some food. The place is immaculate. Juan is an amazing individual as other have noted.

nice pool --- hard to find

I liked the pool area - although there was piped music and would have been nicer silent. The place is quite hard to find, down several bumpy roads: google maps recommended! The patio area is a general area -- not unique to each room. It´s close to the airport but far from restaurants.

Lo Más cerca del aeropuerto con gran calidad.

tomé la decisión por que fue lo más cercano que encontré al aeropuerto y al llegar me llevé una grata sorpresa. Es un hotel pequeño pero con un Spa interesante, tranquilo y muy acogedor. El trato de sus empleados es ejemplar.
