I loved my stay here last week for many reasons:
1) Value for the money--luxurious ambiance at low price.
2) Super friendly staff. Especially the concierge who called a taxi for me, and it came within 3 minutes. Next day they notified me when my tour van was coming up the driveway to the lobby. I really appreciate this.
3) Location! Felt completely safe. Away from the maddening crowds and so quiet. Attached to a relaxing mall where there is food, shopping, and an Oxxo convenience store to get...

Amazing pristine groomed beach, no sargasso. Beautiful gardens and fine dining. Top class hotel and amenities. We had a few issues but Grecia took care of us. You can’t go wrong staying here

Amazing resort! We stayed here for 4 nights and I wish we had booked for longer. We arrived a couple hours before check in time, but we were advised that our room was ready! Variety of dining options, a cafe and bars. Our favorite was Takeshi and Kopai. Lots of available sun chairs, compared to other all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at, no matter the time of day there was always a sun chair available. No one seemed to hog the chairs either, and staff is attentive at making sure that if a chair...

Food was good, clean place, good customer service. The only thing that we didn’t like is to pay every time to sit next to the pool. When we booked we chose all inclusive, but it didn’t seem like it because we have to pay everyday to join the seat on the pool

No buffet dinners, only breakfast and lunch. All the restaurants need to make reservations. They are all superb. Usually the Japanese restaurants in Caribbean resorts are sub-par. This one was higher quality than expected.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. The staff immediately took care of our needs and welcomed us with cool towels and arrival drinks. Check-in was simple and fast. The atrium of the main building is as stunning in person as it looks on the Internet. We recommend eating at KAO during your trip, which is located one the lowest floor in the center of this atrium.

No other words than excellent. The staff extremely attentive, the rooms were super comfortable, the air conditioner was great, kept humidity out completely. Even though the rooms have carpet, the rooms (and the whole building) smell beautiful.
My only negative was the bathroom counter space, there was nowhere to put our toiletries without cluttering the counter, it has double sink making it very limited on where you can put the toiletries for three people. A nice little stand between the tub...

This was a great vacation spot. Everything was amazing from the friendly staff to the many great food options. Almost every meal was amazing. Also note that not once did this resort try to upsell a time share in any way. I greatly appreciate that.

We are a young family of 4 with two children, ages 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this property for 5 nights and 6 days during the first week of October. It was a great time and we would gladly do it again! The weather was nice, despite hurricanes nearby. We were very lucky. We loved the hotel for several reasons. We were upgraded from a 1st/2nd floor ocean view room to the 9th floor upon arrival. What a nice surprise! The view was beautiful, especially waking up each morning and sitting on the...

We had an amazing time at the hotel. Location is great, close to shopping; the beach was really nice, as were the pools. The room was big and had everything we needed. I wouls recommend this hotel and I would definately stay here again.

This resort delivers on the promise of a great party!
While they do have a quiet pool for people to take a break, I can’t speak to it.
If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation - this is not the resort for you.
The staff were very friendly and super attentive. I felt incredibly safe. And the food was excellent (some of the best resort food I’ve had). Never had trouble getting into an a la carte restaurant, and the buffet was terrific for all meals.

Very clean and organized resort. The service was fast and good for the most part. Definitely catered towards couples and older crowds. Not for the party type. Beautiful ocean view and very helpful staff. Only gripe is the restaurant wait times/ service can take a while. Go to Sea Salt Grill and order the Fried Chicken… BOMB. The food is amazing on the resort.
