I love LIVE Aqua. I’ve been here 7 times!! John Gonzalez who works by the pool Is amazing!! He treats us so well and makes the stay so fun! Caesar in MB is the best waiter!! Everyone is very helpful and service is great!

The hotel is great. The staff is awesome. However, the first noght we were in a very noisy room, we requested the change and we payed for the upgrade. It would be better if they advice aboutcthe noise in that area of the hotel. Other than that, the experience was great: the food, spa, access to the beach, the staff is the most valuable in that hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this property 7/18/24 - 7/22/24. Things that we did like: clean rooms, great service, good food at some (not all) restaurants. Top shelf alchohol. Things that we did NOT like: getting an infomercial like pitch to sit through a 40 minute long pitch in exchange for discounted rate on a couples massage as soon AS SOON as we checked-in (what's THAT about???? Pretty low class if you as me and others). Did not like having half the restaurant seating outside - I (and most folks) do NOT like being hot while eating a meal. The breakfast buffet could use improvement. The Italian restaurant is completely outside (i.e. too hot/humid), the menu is printed in grey-scale, i.e. not legible without a flashlight after dusk, the menu itself was dissapointing, the food we received there was subpar at best. Not enough free chaise lounge chairs. Too many cabanas which charge $80/day. The upside here (which many hotels don't do) is that the staff doesn't have a problem with removing towels that have been abandoned for >30 minutes. The common areas inside the hotel should have better air conditioning.

This was our first stay at Live Aqua. We have been to Cancun many times but have never been treated as well as we were at this resort. The food, beach and beauty of Cancun was matched by the outstanding service we received from the moment we stepped foot in Live Aqua. We want to commend the staff. We were blessed to be assigned as our butlers Kenya and Rudy and we cannot say enough about the way we were treated by them both. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness to our every need was first class! This was consistent our entire stay up to the very moment we departed. We would like to acknowledge the following people who also extended outstanding service: Benidicto Eulalio Airet Eduard Manuel Elena Martha Karina Daisy Rodolfo William Rohibi We had a wonderful stay and will be recommending Live Aqua to many people, as well as looking forward to visiting you again !!!!

WOW! What an amazing stay. The whole experience was one for the books. From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only guests. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Guillermo in Aqua club was great. Stephany our butler was always around, checking on us, making sure our stay was exactly what we expected. Usel and Miguel, our cabana waiters, were top notch, never letting us get thirsty *wink* Enrique and chef at Azur made our dinner experience there incredible by creating a special menu with off menu items that were too good to put into words. Restaurant Mb, [chefs kiss] exceptional, the breakfast buffet at Siete was the best breakfast buffet ever. AKA bar Hector and Alejandro were so friendly and even named a drink after me...ask for the Francesca, you won't be disappointed. We had so much fun, we're already planning our next visit. If I HAD to complain about something, I would say the lighting in the restroom area could be better but other than that, it was a beautiful room with perfect view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Thank you to EVERYONE at Live Aqua. See you soon from room 8007.

I had an amazing view from my room and the resort is conveniently located to the shopping center and bus stop. The staff were welcoming and friendly and they had fun activities for guest. I only wish that the DJ had played better music in the lounge bar and that it would be open later then 11.

We have booked all inclusive room but you have to pay each day around 85 USD to have a cabana that have an umbrella. Damien the pool service dude wasn’t at all helpful when we reserved the cabana which are mostly available as you can see in the pic. Each person in the hotel say a different price. Chefs and waiters are mostly very kind. We was always tipping everyone … You have always to ask a good cleaning for the room… first 2 days was perfect but the last 3 days they didn’t really care about cleaning the floor and remembering to get us towels. We had to ask that they come see the shower because it’s was only cold water. The toilet was not working so they came and change the flush… so we lost a lot of time just waiting the first day instead of relaxing.

Our stay was wonderful! The food was good, entertainment was ok, the cleanliness was top tier, and the staff was so friendly and around the resort never felt unsafe. My only complaint was the cleaning services that knocked on our door 4 different times on check out day and it started around 8am-11am and check out wasn't until 12pm. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort and we would definitely stay again.

It was ok think it fell short in many areas the hotel is falling apart inside n out the outdoor seating are very old dirty ect the downstairs entrance is not monitored anyone could walk in right off the street this place needs to step it up could do alot better

I didnt like that we got kicked out of the pool area for a "private event". If its a private event then have it in a private area, not the main pool area. Also they only had a few umbrellas available that you didnt have to pay for. I've stayed at other "all inclusives" and they brought umbrellas to you if none were available. Basically there was 3 free and 50 that you had to pay for. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and would consider going again.

As a tourist I had the worst experience with one of the staff called Ashley and also the manager. They both lack customer service. My room was always getting wet.
