"I love the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t like that the guest get up early and leave all there towels in all the chairs and aren’t anywhere around the pool area. They are holding their spot for the day and they’re not even around. I think I would have had a better experience if the resort makes people move after 2-3 hours. I watched four people put towels down then walk to the buffet. They didn’t come back for two hours. That’s unfair to guess that would have just been in...

"It is a beautiful 'resort' where we felt safe the whole time. It is also a timeshare property so everywhere you go they ask for your room number to verify your all inclusive (even though you do have wristbands). The service was either amazing or they didn't care to be there. Hit or miss no matter how nice we were. The cleaning staff was amazing. Out of the five restaurants, only two are included, nothing special. The buffet was good, great to have food available all day but wasn't the greatest....

"This is an excellent property for an Adults Only get away. Great Staff, amazing beach front, fun people from around the globe. Extremely safe area. The only issue is limited taxi service to town. The hotel has collaborated with a taxi service to offer $8 rides to town and $8 return. The regular price would be $27 each way. The last taxi back is @ 8:00 pm."
