Our second stay with family. We had a wonderful time. However I did feedback to reception that they should not place families in rooms close to or on the same side of the club (this is on the left of the hotel as you look at the beach). Most people are here for some peace so loud music during the day is not very welcome. However we loved the staff, room layout and cleanliness as always. Breakfast is a highlight with the green juice a must try! Just as a side note…good idea to plan a trip by ferry to Cozumel. You don’t always need a tour and with a little bit of research, can organise a great time with family without the cost and fixed schedule of tours.

Great hotel with very convenient location in near downtown area. We really enjoyed the sound of the ocean from our room. The breakfast (included) was just amazing. Only drawback was the proximity to a beach club that was blasting techno music from 11am till 7pm every day just below our room. Since we were mostly doing excursion during that time that was ok but if you need quiet time during this period I would probably ask for a room on the south side of the hotel.

the staff told us different things- ie that we had VIP access -or later no we didnt ( we actually didnt)but they tried to make amends by offering it one night- unfortunately we were told the wrong hours so arrived too late. the restaurant -le cochina -had a good buffet breakfast and reasonable lunch but the 2 dinners we had there were not good- also my daughter is a vegetarian- really nothing for her to eat except potatoes and grilled veges at night- we thought good mexican food offered wouldve been nice. sushi and the grill were better but really no vege options (i dont expect them at sushi )but really only one dish at the grill. i could not recommend the food here other than the breakfasts/poolside snacks. the property itself very nice, quiet and convenient to walk to the shopping area. The staff were very nice especially around the pool- some of the restaurant servers seemed to have trouble with understanding.
