The property was lovely, our stay was very relaxing and the service was also very good. All the food was delicious! Our only complaint was that our Expedia reservation listed a $150 spa credit, but when my partner tried to use it towards his $180 50min massage they would only honor $50 of it saying we would have to use it over 3 different appointments. The massage was not particularly good, so we never made any more appointments. It would have been nice to be informed of this detail at check in. Other than this, we were very happy with our stay.

Everything was fine with the property except Expedia’s reservation for us. we reserved for adult only section and you gave us rooms in the family section. I would never make a reservation through Expedia.

Most everything was great. the only improvements I can think of would have been better access to coffee for us early risers. The room service coffee was often cold and there is nowhere else to get any at 6 AM. Also I noticed that almost all the pools were heated except the adults pool. Kids don't care about heated they'd get in no matter what.

There weren’t enough activities, not enough towels by the pool or people to find amenities for you. Room service was extremely delayed- did not arrive 2 days. It was beautiful and green and lush- staff were friendly and pool was clean
