"Great hotel beautiful design. Great work on the restaurants and shops around. The pool was Amazing. The management suck specially the 2 managers they were so unprofessional and showed no care or emotions about our check in issue while with my pregnant wife. Their behavior was so mean and ugly to the point where they told us do whatever, we don’t care. Other than those 2 mangers the male and female everything else was perfect. Hopefully the higher management do something about this."
