« On a adoré séjourner à cet endroit. Le studio se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de vélo de la ville, des restaurants et boutiques. « We had a fantastic 4 month stay here. The apartment was very well appointed and clean. Both Rodrigo, the property manager and Julio, the onsite point person were very responsive to our needs. The location is unrivaled. It has a commanding view of the coast complete with frigate birds and pelicans soaring overhead. It is steps from a beach that you have to yourself. Gorgeous crystal clear Caribbean waters. A short drive or bike ride to town. »

« We loved the place, very homey and comfortable! We loved watching beautiful sunrises. The pool area and beachfront is maintained almost daily—very nice. It is a 30 minute (nice beach) walk to Puerto Morelos and to stores, cafes, ATMs so plan accordingly. »

« My only qualm about this property is that there was not enough communication as to when I would receive check-in instructions, and it took until late in the night of the day before we are arriving, after having to call VRBO, to hear back with the code and directions. It was just a little anxiety provoking. But the place itself is lovely and the property is nice as well. »

« My husband, my bro, his wife + I had a beautiful stay. It’s big enough we weren’t on top of each other, the private courtyard is a shady dream, we used the rooftop patio a lot, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fairly well appointed, and it is the perfect location for us. Plus every time you go upstairs you see the sea! We will definitely book this place again. »

« SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. « We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated unit. Lots of light through all the windows and a good breeze kept us cool. The view is wonderful across the water and down to the pool area, and the large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
