"My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort for 4 days and have no complaints! Kind and accommodating staff re always one of my priorities and this resort knocked it out of the park. Upon arrival we were immediately helped and checked in. We changed and went straight to the pool. Some outstanding service shoutout go to Ricardo a server and Gustavo a bartender, they made our experience memorable and we really appreciated how fast and good quality the drinks were. This resort did have nightly entertainment with some nights better than others. But my boyfriend and I prefer a chilled out/ family friendly vibe anyway so we were fine with it. The aquatic show was amazing!! The food was decent. Buffet was solid as well as Villa Marina and La Girasole. Since our time was limited we didn’t try all the restart other guests liked Hibachi as well. Overall, i recommend this resort for people of all ages and not to mention the resort is very budget friendly. "

"The resort is absolutely stunning! The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Upon arrival, there was a small mishap that made my first impression a little less than ideal, but once I checked into my room, all of that was forgotten—I truly loved my stay here. If you’re looking for a party scene or lots of nightlife, this isn’t the resort for you. This place is pure peace—serene, not too crowded, and the perfect spot for relaxation. One downside I found was the room service and buffet food—it wasn’t the best. However, the restaurants across all three sister resorts more than make up for it. The presentation was gorgeous, and the flavors were absolutely immaculate. Overall, this resort is a dream for anyone seeking tranquility, beauty, and a truly relaxing getaway. "

"I took my wife here for our anniversary/her birthday trip and it was our first experience at an all inclusive. TL;DR This place is a DREAM! The resort has amazing layout and has something for everyone based on what your taste is. It was a perfect fit for us because we’re folks who enjoy the peace and quiet but like having the option of going to the party. The Swimout Oceanview Junior Suite and (and the master suite) are absolutely worth it as they always seem to remain a nice cool temperature. That way you can retreat to them if the larger pools get too crowded or too warm in the Mexico heat, Most of all the service above what truly makes this place feel like your own personal heaven. They make sure to remember your name and always treat you like family if you treat them well. A special shoutout to Nidel, Luis, Jacob, Roger, and Brian for their excellence service and making us feel like we never wanted to leave. I see a lot of folks complain about the beach and I can understand because other resorts have those turquoise blue waters you look for in your vacation spot but it turned out that this year was a terrible year for sargassum (look it up and get familiar with it. You’ll be upset if your beach vacation is ruined by it) and Secrets has a barrier to protect its beaches from it. It’s not a perfect solution as some still gets through but it’s nothing compared to what has slammed other resorts in the area, and it’s well maintained. Enjoy your stay! We sure did! "
