I stayed there on the night of August 3. The room was poorly maintained and not properly prepared. I arrived around 11:00 p.m., and when I was about to take a shower, I realized there were no bath towels in the room. I asked the front desk for towels, but the receptionist told me they didn't have any available and that I would have to wait until the housekeeping staff arrived. On top of that, he was rude and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and the customer service was terrible.

Muy buen hotel de aeropuerto, con los servicios necesarios para pasar un par de días y partir. El restaurante es bastante caro comparado con otros de mejor calidad.
