Unfortunately, the transportation service was the worst part of our experience. When we arrived, we waited around one hour to be picked up. For our airport departure, our scheduled pickup was at 10:00 AM, but the transportation arrived late and then stopped at other hotels to pick up more passengers. Rooms are not that great for resort very old rooms and rooms keys seems not working two days we went to our rooms not working and again we have to the front desk to activated which is frustrating after the pool and after a tried tour. We also experienced long waits with the internal transportation. After attending the presentation at The Grand, we had to wait around an hour for a shuttle/cart to return. The most frustrating part was that no one seemed willing to take responsibility when we raised our concerns.

The property was nice however, just too large for my family. Need to get around in golf carts. I didn’t feel like they had many options for shows at the grand. I was not doing to keep taking a shuttle bus to check out the other properties. I just wish they had more or better activities for the kids.
