Breakfast was excellent buffet style with lots of side's to choose from fresh coffee served by waiters as needed you may also have your breakfast outdoor by the poolside great day!

They need more options to announce entertainment for night programs

The rooms were ok, there were some stains on the walls.I didnt enjoy the food, very bland not alot of options. very hard to get reservations at resteraunt. property was beautiful and although i paid to stay at the grand oasis they put me at the sens and stated that i had been upgraded. So i wonder how were the rooms better, compared to what i paid for. Overall i think there could be more resort activities, me and my 9 year old son were kind of bored. Beach and pool were amazing.

While the location is absolutely beautiful and the resort has great potential, there are several areas that require significant improvement. Communication from the concierge team could be more proactive and responsive, especially when addressing ongoing issues during a guest’s stay. The property itself is in need of updates and renovations. The pool, for example, was noticeably dirty with an unpleasant odor, and the wooden seating within the pool is deteriorating and chipping, which poses both a comfort and safety concern. During our stay, the water service was shut off 4 out of 5 days, which created major inconvenience. Additionally, our bathroom was not functioning properly and would not flush, leaving us in unsanitary conditions for several days. The lack of warm water further added to the discomfort. While the service at the restaurants and bars was excellent and truly appreciated, the beach area was often left unmaintained, with seaweed accumulating and not being cleared until guests began cleaning it themselves. I would strongly recommend that management implement routine walkthroughs of all common areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction. This property is in a stunning location and has so much potential. I would love to return in the future once improvements have been made.

Rooms are clean. Staffs are helpful. Outdoor pool is great. All the food are great. But i felt like alcoholic drinks are weak 😅

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Food was delicious and the service was beyond expected at all areas of the resort.

Property, room and hotel clean and well maintained. Activity staff; especially at the main pool are absolutely AMAZING! Shout outs to Roxie, Jahir, Jorge, Santana and of course Ruben! Front desk is passive and not helpful; wouldn’t help with reservations for restaurants and any inquiries we had were ignored. The omelette lady at breakfast is spectacular ❤️the rest of the food was meh and repeated throughout the meals. This was our second stay, this was better then the first, but still needs work.
