This is the kind of place that makes you start planning your next trip before you've even left. Location: The resort sits away from the busy Hotel Zone, which gives it a calm, private feel while keeping Cancun within easy reach. The beach is beautiful, with turquoise water and soft white sand, and the views of Isla Mujeres are breathtaking. Atmosphere: Relaxed, welcoming, and elegant without being stuffy. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset dinner, or strolling the grounds, everything feels peaceful and effortless. Rooms: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The balcony views were stunning, the bed was wonderful after long beach days, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. Service: This is where Villa Del Palmar truly shines. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank-you to Pavel, Victor, Alejandro, Arad, Kevin, and Oitoikos, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like family. You are a credit to this resort! Amenities: Gorgeous pools, excellent restaurants, a lovely spa, and plenty of activities for whatever mood you're in, whether that's adventure or pure relaxation. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average. Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace. Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.
