Wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, and everything was well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)

I paid for the suite with a soaking tub and the room had no soaking tub. I would have otherwise not paid for such amenity. Also, the cleaning staff kept turning off our air conditioning. This was quite annoying since it was over 100 degrees in Marrakech - we would have liked to come back to a cold room. One night we came back and were questioned by management about whether we were really staying at the property. Finally, the hammam was not in operation and we received no notice of this. We would have again reserved elsewhere had we know. Otherwise, the property itself was lovely.

Overall, it was a great day. The bar tending staff could be more attentive / available.
