Our stay at Moon Palace Sunrise was fantastic! This hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was provided thru all our stay with clean towels,sheets and refreshments. All staff we encountered were attentive and friendly. There are Several pools throughout the hotel and free shuttles to their sister hotels where you can also enjoy their amenities and restaurants. One of the pools is specifically for children under 7 with a couple of slides, I have a 3 and 4 year old who love the area. Restaurants have a variety of food to enjoy Some do require reservations but we were able to access. Entertainment staff give you plenty of activity options to enjoy. Hotel also has an arcade for kids with free access to games and a bounce house. Hotel has beach access but the water wasn’t so pleasant lots of seaweed. We did reserve an all inclusive which worked out great for us. Over all we had a great time!! Best part of our trip was to see our kids smiles and happiness. Would definitely come back.

The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well, although the light from the unit was quite bright at night. Unfortunately, the ice machine on our floor was not working, so we had to go to the bar to get ice, as there was a delivery charge just to bring two cups of ice to the room. The jacuzzi had jets, which was nice, but the water was only slightly warmer than the pool and not particularly hot. The gym was very clean and well-equipped, although some machines were out of service. Overall, the staff were friendly, and the 24-hour airport shuttle was extremely convenient. In fact, I would say the shuttle is one of the biggest reasons to stay at this hotel.
