Top Puerto Plata All-Inclusive Vacation Packages

This was our 6 time at this all inclusive . The food is good, the staff always happy and serviceable . My husband is in a scooter with limited mobility . The handicap room and bathroom was adequate for his needs. The pool was great he was able to walk into the pool with help from family and able to enjoy himself. They have a pathway to the beach now you can use for wheelchair or scooter

The staff treats you like family it’s an amazing experience. The grounds are picturesque. Our room was beautiful and very clean. This is our second time visiting the hotel. Will be back again it’s so relaxing layback and quiet.

Bluebay Villas is a nice resort in POP. Negative: When we got there the personnel could have been more amicable. Also we booked three rooms and on the third day and the administration sent us a letter stating that we needed to move from our rooms basically because they needed to do some repairs which I didn't buy it. I refused and told them we were willing to give our rooms but asked for full refund. After that we were got to keep our rooms. We went there to relax not to stress ourselves. Also, the rooms need to be upgraded. Which others guests have mentioned. Positive: The rooms and bedding are kept very clean. AC work perfect. Food was very decent especially the chinese restaurant, The team there was excelente. Thanks guys. Overall the property is very nice. I will return to Bluebay. "Please unless is an emergency do not tell people that goes there to relax to move from their rooms with no explanation." The restaurant at the beach serve decent food . The Property is very nice.

We stayed for a few days here, the staff was amazing and food quality was better than other resorts I'd visited. I traveled here with my family and they really enjoyed the pool and the bed at the beach. Just one minor complain, they really need to stay on top of cleaning the pool. Aside from that, amazing time!

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
