Top Cabo San Lucas All-Inclusive Vacation Packages

We travel a lot so we've been around. We've stayed at Sunset which was nice so we thought we would do the adult only resort. The second after check in, they hit us up for the "tour" and you know what that means. Surprisingly after the first No they never bothered us again. So that was appreciated. Room was fair at best. Bed was not comfortable, extremely firm. Pillows were small and had no support. There were 3 chairs in the room, so yes we had a place to sit besides the bed but nothing comfortable. Shower was a bigger disappointment, no pressure at all and it took a bit for the hot water. There was plenty of pressure in the sink. AC was great, room was cleaned and we had a nice view. Food was good to very good, but I would not spend the money at the restaurants that charge. Sunday brunch was the best. Drinks were fair to good at pool side. The bar were Juan and Oscar work by the bathrooms and steakhouse is the place to go. I'm won't say it was a terrible stay but I will say it was not anywhere close to luxury. We have high expectations when it comes to the rooms. Food, drinks and staff can very and things happen but a room can be and should be a retreat. It doesn't have to be a huge room just a comfortable bed, great shower and a place to sit and relax. For an over all star rating 6.5 out of 10.

Clean villa pool was great a little issue with jacuzzi but was fixed quickly

The reception personnel was not very helpful. He kept looking at his watch, he didn't give us enough information on how to move about the property. Though, he made it clear that Saturday (the day we checked in) is always busy as many guests are checking out. We arrived before 4 pm, there was no portable water to drink in the room (other than the ones in mini bar ) which are chargeable. We were on "all inclusive package" but still will get charge if we consume drinks from the fridge. No snacks too, after a long flight and travel to the resort, they offered nothing. We looked around for pool bars hoping we can get something to drink or eat, the brochure said, that they closed at 5pm (the sushi pool bar) but it was already closed at 4.15pm. Non of the ground staff were helpful. One guest told us to go to El Patio pool bar, wish the reception had told us ahead of time. It was 15 minutes before kitchen closes when we arrived. Finally had our drinks and some food, but we were rushed to place the order. This is not a 5 star resort. The toilet tank whistles everytime we flushed it. The doors don't close properly as they must have expanded due to the humidity. The concierge need to know more about this facility too, they seem so uninformed and uninterested. But, I must say, it's a very enchanting and charming place to stay. Beautiful grounds and views all around.

Very clean resort and the staff was excellent. All inclusive means just that. Would highly recommend. Event staff is excellent and the parties were fun spent 7 nights at the resort.

The resort, food and staff were AMAZING. Our class instructor at the gym was phenomenal. Will definitely go back to visit
