Par contre, quand l'hôtel applique un taux de conversion non officiel pour s'en mettre davantage dans les poches, ça mepose souci ! C'est du vol ou de l'arnaque comme vous voulez. Ce n'est spécifié à aucun moment lors de la réservation. Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get.
