The property is modern and the bed is very comfortable. The property faces a busy road and the noise of the traffic does enter the suite. Better soundproofing would help that. On the third floor, there is staining on the ceiling from water damage as there are pools on the fourth floor. The staff were friendly and did their best to make my stay comfortable. Not of their fault but they would benefit from receiving training in higher end service. The pool and hot tub needs regular cleaning as it is shared with the local birds. The hot tub temperature could be warmer as the property receives a lot of breeze in the evening. My credit card was wrongly charged and the hotel could not discover what had happened. My bank reversed the charge. You had to ask to receive a receipt of your stay at check out. Overall, I probably would not return.

The hotel design it’s ok and I guess even luxurious for some. The staff as in any other place in Mexico is sweet gentle and attentive. The room itself it’s a pretty convenient complete one. However the bathroom is very VERY small and the shower door hinges are rusty and moldy We order room service since it was raining and the restaurant is outdoor. Oh God the food. It was like a movies jail food. I ordered rib-eye and what it came was a grey sadly cooked piece of meat with boxed smashed potatoes and 5 asparagus (I could only ate asparagus because I simply don’t eat boxed food and the meat was unswallowable) I even had to show the receptionist a picture of a rib eye for her to see the difference. She agreed it wasn’t good and apologized yet she couldn’t not charged for it. So I paid for a confessed terrible prepare meal that I didn’t ate.

I stayed at hives for one night I got my room upgraded for $40 bucks and it was a complete waste. It came with private pool but the pool was so dirty they did send someone to clean it but I don’t even know what they did. I still have bumps on my skin because of pool. If you wanna be close to hotel for single night and good night sleep doesn’t matter you can stay here because outside traffic noise is too much you can’t sleep. They tried to charge us for vitamin water we didn’t take from the mini bar and it was the last nail in the coffin. Super disappointed.

This place is very close to the airport and has shops nearby. However, it’s nowhere near the beach or any night life. If you have a car or don’t mind paying for taxis to take you pretty far… this place is great. By far the cleanest and most comfy place we have stayed in Cancun. We even stayed at a resort by the beach that was way more pricey and it wasn’t as comfy and clean as this place. And it helped to have the 7-11 right downstairs and plenty of free parking. The building is also pretty secure. I would stay here again. The biggest con is the check in staff. Kind of rude and took their time. It’s not a quick process to enter or leave. So plan accordingly.

I found this hotel to be a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant and bar provided good food and friendly service. The surrounding neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. Great balcony in the room to sit outside and view the area.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room! Our bed was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our private pool and the view! The free breakfast was underwhelming, we ended up purchasing some breakfast which was decent. Very pleasant staff! They did charge tax $3 USD for each night, even though our room was fully booked and paid for through Expedia. The location is not close to the beach, but perfect for us just passing through Cancun, very accessible. No extra charge to park our vehicle. We would stay here again!

Love this place ! I upgraded for the rooftop luxury junior suite. Great view
