This is my favorite hotel in Cancun. We are usually flying in or out of Cancun but no matter what, this hotel is great. The hotel itself is very well kept, it is clean, it is convenient to the airport, the pool is VERY NICE and well kept, the restaurant is VERY GOOD and EVERY SINGLE staff person is THE BEST. Even the doorman and shuttle people are exceptional. We recently met my daughter, son-in-law and their two sets of twins (6 & 8) at the airport and stayed here for a night. The kids were not well behaved but the staff, non the less, treated them like favorite guests! We just recently tried to book online and it said that the Courtyard was full so we decided to try the Fairfield Inn which is right in front of it but quickly realized our mistake. The Fairfield is not as clean, the layout of the hotel not nearly as convenient, and the pool was lacking compared to the Courtyard Inn. Oh, and the restaurant was not as good either. We looked at the menu and ended up walking back to the Courtyard Inn to eat.

It was a great hotel to spend the last night in Mexico. The staff and services were very good, the swimming pool and grounds were clean and provided a nice place to relax. The only complaint is that the rooms beside the elevator can hear the 'ding' that signals those doors opening.
